Peter takes the Bronze!



On January 12, I participated in a dessert petit four competition in Conroe and received a Bronze medal. It was a difficult task so I was elated to nab a Bronze. I don't have any pictures but here is what I made: Miniature creme brulee in pastry, chocolate caramel squares with caramel popcorn, pecan brittle, cream puffs filled with mint pastry cream, and chocolate walnut squares.
