The last week of April is here. Last week saw the introduction of a new sandwich; the chicken Lyonnaise and it received much praise. The only negative was that it was messy, but come on, sometimes messy makes a sandwich. Expect that one to return soon and I will make a slight modification to it to make a bit less messy. Also, some of you may remember the softshell crab sandwiches from last year; well, those will be making an appearance soon. See you next week!!
