Big News today; good and bad. I have sold the food truck and will no longer be part of the food truck revolution here in BCS. Yeah, I know, I will miss you too. The good news is that I sold the truck to Chef Tai and I am sure he has big plans for it. I can't wait to see what he does with it, and can't wait to support him. I want to thank all of you who have supported me in this adventure. I mean it when I say that I will miss you. I enjoyed making the truck food so much. I loved getting the immediate feed on twitter and facebook. Unfortunately, the truck just didn't meet my expectations as I hoped and sometimes you just gotta let something go. I learned some valueable lessons and gained some great friends and customers. I will continue to monitor this page for the week to answer any questions and respond to comments. Thanks everyone!

It's Hot Dog Week!!  Today's is Jambalaya hot dog. Grilled sausage on corn roll, with spicy mayo and jambalaya! Tuesday at Tiremax its tenderloin chili dog!

This week is Burger Week! Everyday we will feature a different burger along with our two classics, the burger and green chile burgers. Monday at Blinn we have Balsamic glazed onion burger with lettuce and parmesan. Tuesday at Tiremax is Meatloaf burger with cornbread bun, tangy mayo, and sauteed cabbage, Wednesday at Scott and White its lamb burgers with jalapenos, cucumbers and greens tossed with curry and topped with feta cheese: not sure about Thursday and Friday yet, but I am thinking about a turkey burger with fried avocado and some kind of Shrimp burger.

This is a new system I am trying out: This week is burger week, next week might be Taco week, we will have a sandwich week, and anything else I can think of; or you can think of. I am always interested in feedback.
